Birthday Parties & Private Events FAQ

What's included in my party?

Our party packages include private use of our entire indoor playground, including the play structure and seating areas, unless otherwise noted. Party duration, guest capacity, and any additional amenities vary by package.

How many guests can I invite?

Guest limits vary by package and include both children and adults. Please review your selected package or text us if you're planning a larger gathering.

Can I bring my own food and birthday cake?

Food and drinks must remain outside the play area.

Can I bring my own decorations?

You're welcome to personalize your celebration! Please check with us before bringing decorations. Confetti, glitter, and anything that may damage the facility are not permitted.

What time should we arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party to set up decorations and prepare for your celebration. Your party will begin at the scheduled start time.

Are socks and waivers required?

Yes! Socks are required for all children and adults entering the play area, and a completed waiver is required for each participating child.

Will staff supervise the children?

Our staff will be available to assist with your event, but parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the party.

Can I host events other than birthday parties?

Absolutely! We welcome family celebrations, Girl Scout and Boy Scout gatherings, school and daycare outings, group playdates, and other private events. Text us to discuss your plans!
